  1. Love these suggestions – Ty!! I started a low buy year in Jan. for a few reasons . I’m learning a great deal as well achieving more focus on mindfulness. Suggestions like these that you offer remind me of the reason why I began this journey .

    1. love everything just when i realize technology is eating me up slowly. thank you for this

  3. moved from house to tiny bungalow half my furniture didn’t fit. inow very careful what I bring into my home.

  4. Hot damn. For once I’m doing all the right things. Thanks for the affirmation.

  5. I simplified my wardrobe a few years ago and that has helped me so much when getting ready for work. I highly recommend having a well curated wardrobe. It took some time to really work at it and reduce the amount of items in my closet but well worth it. It is now much easier to maintain, less to wash, dry clean, take care of, etc. Saves time and money.

I also like the tips about decluttering on a regular basis. I started a decluttering journey a few years ago and discovered that it is a slow and intentional process. Started with house hushing, although I didn’t realize it at the time, but only keeping the best, what sparks joy, has a good memory. That is key and having less is again, easier to maintain.

I am also trying hard to not buy new makeup, skincare, soaps, shampoos, etc. unless I am completely out of something. Trying to use up what I have in the cabinets and storage. By doing so, it saves money and eventually, by using things, the cabinets are not overflowing with toiletries, etc. It’s nice to open a drawer or cabinet and not have a ton of stuff staring back at you.
