  1. Procrastination is my worst one which throws the others out of balance.
    I keep a wall calendar, and a planner (just started this to see if it will help)
    I have procrastinated all my 77 years …….

  2. I’m going to start a to-do list … I’m starting a new job next week, so I’ll have mornings to work on de-cluttering. I’m challenging 1 area a week .

  4. Feeling overwhelmed is not an excuse to not do what’s necessary. I’ve decluttered two rooms but haven’t kept it up so now they need another decluttering.

    Last task of the day…. and go to sleep in an organised… motivated.. frame of mind.
    Have the next days tasks written down on your to do list…program them into yr subconscious…and focus!!

    Pen & Paper in hand.

    Write down everything in your brain that needs doing.

    Then move items to To-Do list. Specific Items to Calendar.
    Repeat every Friday morning for 60 minutes

    Digitize everything.
    Go paperless
