  1. Great post Julianna, I do already have a relaxing space in my bedroom but the challenge is keeping it free of my husband’s clutter! Piles of clothes, electronics and random items I’d rather were elsewhere. Any tips for that? 😉

  2. Loved this article Juliana, I think we sometimes underrate the value of a nice cozy relaxing bedroom. I’ve lived in studios basically my entire adult life so it’s not easy to keep it separated but I have found making define zones for each “room” really helpful. We currently have our two “offices” our living room and our bedroom in the same space but each area is defined and everything has a place to go so there’s no spill over. I enjoy using calming colors and pictures as well as soft lights like salt lamps to create ambiance. I like to have winter bedding and summer bedding to keep us comfortable and I enjoy changing the room up in that way. We use an essential oil diffuser at night for moisture and scent. It’s nice to have a sanctuary.

  3. Excellent article. I have my iPhone by my bed due to being a life line for a family member. I only have my immediate family on my “favorite”, so only they can call, if needed.
