  1. I have “dabbled” with a morning routine and packed it so full I kind of gradually gave up on it. That’s my first habit to re-try – this time being a little more mindful about what will help me “set the stage for calm, focus, and productivity.” Here we go!!!

  2. I work at home and certainly can take a break from my day by going outside even just for a couple of minutes. I rarely leave my house and don’t really go outside as I am crippled. But I think the fresh air would do me well.
