    This article came right on time! Being a caregiver to my dad, I tend to forget about my place and I’m starting to notice. I really need to do small tasks instead of thinking I can do it all in one day. The overwhelm to the brain is too much for that. So slowly but surely with this list, I will get it all done and feel better.

    Ridiculous to vacuum and sweep daily or scrub the stove weekly if you have a career, family, and pets. Some of these are way too aggressive. like the principle of staying ahead of the mess.
